Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Sender — a user who posts a delivery request and pays the reward.
• Driver — a verified user who accepts and carries out delivery requests along their route.
• Reward — the amount, set by the Sender in USD, paid for a completed delivery.
• Platform fee — 8% of the reward, retained by AeroPerk.
• Processing fee — the Stripe payment-processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
• Completed delivery — a delivery confirmed by the Driver with delivery proof through the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
• Drivers must complete identity verification and Stripe onboarding before accepting deliveries or receiving payouts.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Fees and payments

The Sender pays the reward plus the 8% platform fee and the Stripe processing fee up front when a request is paid. Funds are held by the platform and are not released to the Driver until the delivery is confirmed as completed — an escrow-style flow that protects both sides.

The Driver receives the reward minus the platform fee and the processing fee. Driver payouts are made through Stripe: automatically on a weekly basis, or on demand via instant payout. Drivers with incomplete Stripe onboarding cannot receive payouts until their verification is finished.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Before pickup: the Sender may cancel and receive a refund of the reward; the platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
• After pickup: no refunds, unless the Driver fails to deliver and no acceptable resolution is reached.
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, in the app or by email to theaeroperk@gmail.com.

5. Affiliate program

Registered users may apply to the AeroPerk affiliate program by providing a valid PayPal email; admin approval is required. Approved affiliates earn a commission of 10% to 15% on completed deliveries by referred users, depending on their affiliate level (from Traveler Recruiter at 10% to Global Influencer at 15%).

Payouts are made via PayPal, with a $20 minimum withdrawal, and are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Commissions tied to refunded or failed deliveries are deducted from the affiliate balance.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading claims, and fraudulent tracking manipulation are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of pending earnings.

6. Delivery guidelines

• Senders and Drivers must inspect the package together at the in-person pickup handoff.
• Senders are responsible for ensuring someone can receive the package at drop-off.
• All in-platform communication must remain respectful; harassing or discriminatory language is prohibited.

7. Prohibited and restricted items

The following may never be sent through AeroPerk:

• Illegal or controlled substances.
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
• Hazardous materials such as chemicals, batteries, and flammable liquids.
• Perishable goods and live animals — except that licensed food businesses may arrange perishable deliveries when the required licenses are shown at pickup and the Driver explicitly agrees to the handling requirements beforehand.
• For international shipments, Senders must accurately declare all items and comply with all customs, aviation, and import/export regulations; Drivers may refuse jobs that do not meet these requirements.

8. User conduct

• Provide accurate item descriptions, pickup and drop-off details, and contact information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international shipping laws.
• Respect the privacy, property, and personal boundaries of other users.
• Do not attempt to defraud or manipulate the platform, other users, or payments.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AeroPerk does not guarantee driver availability, delivery times, or package condition. Our total liability for any claim arising out of use of the platform will not exceed the platform fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, and AeroPerk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify AeroPerk against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination your right to use the platform ends immediately; provisions on fees, prohibited items, liability, and disputes survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
